Our garden and nursery is open to the public again this weekend – 30 and 31 May 8.00 to 3.00 pm
We have had sasanqua camellias flowering since March and we have had lots of visitors to see them in the garden and to purchase some for theirs. A great time to see these lovely things in full flower. Sasanquas will flower for another couple of weeks at least. If you want to see them, then now’s the time.
And now the japonicas have started to flower – they have been spot flowering for a couple of weeks, but this weekend we have some beautiful flowers out.
could you please advise when next your nursery will be open. we are wanting to purchase something suitable for growing in a pot & live at East Brisbane.
Regards, Cheryl Knox.
hi. I am wanting to by an advanced camelia. I am from Brisbane and would like to speak to someone by phone. I could not find a contact number. Could you please contact me on 0405276690. Thank you very much.
Give us a call – always happy to talk. Number is on the contact page.
FYI, we do not do advanced plants.
Cheers
Thanks. Have a look at the 21 March blog – it has details of our open days.
We are open this weekend – 6 and 7 June – 8.00 am to 3.00 pm
Then 20 and 21 June and 28 and 28 June.
Camellias can of course, happily grow in a pot. Choices are almost limitless – depending on where the pot will live. Happy to talk you through it.
We will be at the MtCoottha Botanic Gardens for the Queensland Camellia Society Show and sale Sunday 5 July 2015.
Cheers
Hi Darryl
I’m so glad I googled your nursery, it’s not far from where where we live. I am really interested in looking at Early Pearly, Fuji No Mine and Gay, have you got them available to purchase now and if so what height are they. I’m looking for the tallest ones.
Thanks for your help.
Sandra
Hi, I think we might have done this one …..but, all our plants are in 140mm pots and vary from 30 to 90 cm. The 3 you mention, all white sasanquas, we have available. We are open again the next 2 weekends.
Cheers
Darryl
Hi There
We are looking for a large mature camellia plant around 1.5-2mtrs high. Do you have these available and what price would we be looking at.
Kind Regards
Margie Lyons
Thanks for the mail. We have a small number of camellias in 200mm pots – not what I would call mature. We mainly do small plants – 140mm pots – but hundreds of varieties. They are easy enough to grow on. Cheers
I need 3 Camellia Fukusutzumi. Do you have any?
Yes…..we do…and we have despatched 3 to you as arranged.
We seem to have missed this original message…but it does work.
Looking to purchase a japonica “Button and Bows” to be grown in a pot. Sounds like your 140 mm would suit. How much are they? We will be up at the Sunny Coast late November and could call in.
